There is no action needed by our care providers. There will be no changes to your agreements or contract, reimbursement, or level of support — now or in the future — because of our new name. For members, our new name will not cause any change to coverage or access to care.

A message from Wellpoint Iowa

After the recent events in Perry, we will be directing members to supportive services, potentially including your office. Should you feel that you are unable to be responsive to the need – please let us know and we will work with you to ensure access is available nearby.

Your Life Iowa is a 24 hour a day resource for behavioral health needs. We provide free, confidential support and connect you to resources when you need them.

Ensure our members are equipped to renew their Medicaid benefits

Help our members prepare to renew their Medicaid healthcare coverage and benefits by educating them on what documents are needed to ensure their renewal form is completed accurately. Members can submit their renewal form via web (preferred), phone, fax, mail, or in person.
