Washington’s Foundational Community Supports (FCS)
Foundational Community Supports (FCS) is a program offering benefits for supportive housing and supported employment for Apple Health-eligible beneficiaries with complex needs. Wellpoint will work with housing and employment providers to help enrollees find and maintain jobs; acquire stable, independent housing; and gain the necessary skills to be successful.

Transition Assistance Program (TAP)
TAP supports FCS Supportive Housing enrollees making housing transitions. It is time-limited, flexible funding assistance that covers housing-related fees, including move-in costs, first and last month’s rent, deposits, and more. Use these forms and resources to learn more and get started.
